 Hi, my name is Scott Soeltner, aka “Smarty,” owner of Smarty’s Saloon in Negaunee with my wife of 26 years, Darla.  We also adopted our Granddaughter, Kiara Maria, who is 8 and LOVES her kitties, Chevy and Roman. We love UPAWS for all they do to help get our community and their pets together.  I’m always glad to help!
