I am a lifelong resident of Negaunee, where I live with my wife, Kristi, our children, and three dogs. I work at Bell Forest and was just recently the Democratic candidate for Michigan's 1st Congressional District. The role that UPAWS plays in connecting families looking to expand by welcoming a new member is something I wholeheartedly support. In addition to facilitating these connections, UPAWS also provides a safe and caring environment for many cats, dogs, and other animals while they wait to find their new families.
